All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

How Long We Keep Information

How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information.  Generally, we will hold your personal information for as long as you are a customer and use our Services to ensure accuracy and to help maintain quality of service or if we are obliged to retain such information for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and legitimate business purposes. After such time, we will either delete or de-identify your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

How To Access and Control Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect information through other tracking technologies by deleting your profile on the Settings screen. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly. We do not currently recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include "Do Not Track" instructions.
  • Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

If you do not want us to use your contact information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by unsubscribing on the Settings screen or by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@squint.ai If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or use the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in the applicable email.
